GENEVA, Ohio - Xavier men's swimming secured its third-straight BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championship on Saturday evening at SPIRE Institute. Xavier collected 11 event championships and had 17 all-conference performances in individual events to take over first on the second day of the meet and built its advantage from there, eventually winning by over 170 points over second-place Villanova.
Xavier finished day one in third place after two relays and a diving event. Xavier took first in the 800 free relay and second in the 200 medley relay to trail Villanova and Providence.
