The Wyoming Cowgirl Volleyball team swept the San Jose State Spartans this Thursday in a rocking UniWyo Sports Complex to earn their second straight win in Mountain West conference play. The win gives them a 2-4 mark in conference play and a 13-4 overall record.
The Cowgirls got off to a hot start in the opening set of the game, jumping out to an early 11-5 lead. The Spartans found a spark towards the end of the set, however, as they attempted to crawl back into the game. The Cowgirls proved to be too much, though, as they ended up takin the set by a score of 25-18.
