The Wyoming Cowgirls volleyball team extended their win streak into double digits and kept their historic start alive on Thursday by defeating the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles in sweeping fashion. The promising 10-0 start by the Cowgirls already matches their overall record of last year.
The first set began as a back and forth battle between the Cowgirls and the Golden Eagles, as the Cowgirls found themselves with just a one point lead about halfway through the set, leading 13-12. From this point on, the Cowgirls would use a 7-0 run to punch themselves ahead of the Golden Eagles and would eventually cruise to a 25-18 win in set one.
