Interview with Lawrence

Are You a Member of the "Who Dat Nation?"

If you live in Louisiana, odds are that you're a member. The funny thing about the Saints is this: No matter where you go, from the western border of Louisiana down the coast to Alabama, you will always find a Saints fan. As a frequent visitor to "The Big Easy," I can say with confidence that New Orleans has the most passionate fans alive. Sure, places like Green Bay and Pittsburgh have the history. But down South, there's nothing like a Saint-filled Sunday. The passion that the fans have for this team is just incredible, and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Who Do You Favor More, the LSU Tigers or the New Orleans Saints?

Even though I am a student at LSU, I must say that my passion lies with the Saints more-so than the fighting Tigers. Trust me, there's nothing like a Saturday in Death Valley, but I've just been following the NFL for too long. Like Tiger Stadium, the Superdome knows how to give a home-field advantage. Both teams are great, but in the end, I'm a Saint.

What is Your Favorite Saints Moment?

The obvious answer would be the '09 Superbowl win, and Tracy Porter's interception will forever remain in my head. But for me, it has to be the Saints' return to the Superdome in 2006. I can remember leaving for Dallas during Hurricane Katrina and seeing the state of the Dome in the days following. It was heartbreaking, and honestly, I didn't think that the stadium would be re-opened for quite a few years. But to come back in a year's time and open up to the loudest crowd in Saints history, now that was something special. That day will forever live in my heart, and I know that the same can be said for many others.

Who is Your Favorite Current Saint?

Personally, I'm a big Lance Moore fan. He's everything you want in a receiver. Simple as that.
