Athletic Experience

I spent 12 years traveling all over North America playing hockey and earned a scholarship to a private university as a goaltender, I also attended 4 team Canada Jr training camps. Proving to people heigh doesn't matter. Had to stop playing hockey because of concussions (lost my scholarship too). Have played softball for my school teams since grade 5 was a decent back catcher also played rugby for the u-16 team.

Favorite sport to watch

Hands down hockey, the best feeling you can get is watching a fantastic hockey game. Everything goes perfectly and it's like watching poetry on ice. Did I just compare hockey to poetry?

Favorite sport to play

Hockey as well, after playing hockey for 12 years and doing so about 7 days a week it's hard not to become consumed by the sport. I guess you could say i'm obsessed with the game I love.

Favorite Athlete of all time

This is a tough one to choose just one, but I'm going to go off the board here and choose Cassie Campbell. She has been absolutely fantastic for the growth of womens hockey and was a great role model to me when I was younger. I actually met her when I was 6 and told her to "take care of her jersey because I was going to need it one day".

Hold A grudge about bandwagoners who pretend to know everything about sports?

Yes and no, to a certain degree I tolerate bandwagon fans, as I didn't start to like the Sabres until I was 12. So there comes a time when a hockey fan will jump on a teams bandwagon, it all depends on how long they plan on staying on the bandwagon. If they buy a lifetime membership then they lose the "bandwagon" reputation and just become fans. Not to mention when the playoffs are on, just about every jumps on bandwagons. But fans who thing they know everything, become quit annoying and I will generally stop replying to their tweets.
