We’ve touched on the future between the pipes for the Winnipeg Jets in the past week and one of the pieces to that puzzle is Eric Comrie, who checks in as our #8 prospect in the Jets system.
Comrie had an extremely good junior career with the Western Hockey League’s Tri-City Americans. He often stood tall for the junior team, including a 66-save performance in his final junior hockey game, a losing effort to the Kelowna Rockets in the first round of the WHL playoffs.
Last season, Comrie was also rewarded with a spot on the Canadian Junior team.
