WICHITA, Kan. The Shockers used a late eighth-inning rally to win 7-6 in an in-state showdown against the Kansas Jayhawks.
Dayton Dugas would go 3-for-4 with a home run, RBI, and three runs for the Shockers.
Kansas would put the first run on the board in the top of the first with a double by Devin Foyle that would score Joe Moroney to give the Jayhawks an early 1-0 lead.
Travis Young would get the Shocker bats started in the bottom of the first with a lead-off single.
