WICHITA, Kan. – Junior Emily Hiebert recorded her 3,000th career assist to lead the Wichita State volleyball team past Evansville 3-0 on Monday night inside Charles Koch Arena.The Shockers won by scores of 25-15, 25-7 and 25-12.
Hiebert, the seventh Shocker to reach 3,000 assists in a career, contributed 31 assists in the Wichita State victory. Tabitha Brown added nine kills in a balanced attack that saw five Shockers record six or more kills.
Tabitha Brown ignited the Wichita State offense with two-straight kills to begin the first set.
