WMU's Joe Reitz named Colts' Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee

Offensive lineman Joe Reitz, a former basketball player at Western Michigan who successfully shifted into a career in the NFL, was named the Indianapolis Colts' Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee.

The award is given to a player for excellence on and off the field.

Reitz, an Indianapolis native who has played for the Colts since 2011, has been a guard and tackle this season with five starts.
