Vlcek throws a complete game in WMU baseball’s 10-1 route over Ohio

Western Michigan baseball had its way with Ohio in the second game of the weekend series. The team won 10-1 and secured the series win. The Broncos are now 14-13 overall and 7-4 in conference play.

Right-handed pitcher Nolan Vlcek went the distance as the senior threw his first complete game of his collegiate career. He only allowed seven hits and struck out six in the outing. Vlcek now has two wins on the season and no losses. The last WMU complete game came from Brady Miller on May 17, 2019.

Brendan Harrity was the star of the show for the Broncos offense as he went 3/5 at the plate with a double and recorded three RBIs.
