RICHMOND, Ky. -- The Western Michigan golf team wrapped up the opening two rounds of the Colonel Classic at Gibson Bay Golf Course on Monday.
WMU opened with a 312 and took 10 shots off its second-round total, with a 302. The Broncos' 314 (+38) has them tied for seventh place heading into Tuesday's final round.
Graduate student Alissa Fish was Western Michigan's top finisher on the day after combining for a 151 (+7). Fish opened with a 78 and ended with a 73, currently sitting in a five-way tie for 16th.
