As one would expect, there was a very emotional mood amongst the players after the game, as everyone was silent, with some guys putting away all of their equipment, while other guys opted to just sit there for a while, no doubt thinking about what could have been.
The most emotional of them all was captain Jeff Hoggan, who had tears in his eyes before anyone said a word to him.
“This was a tough one here.” Hoggan fought to say. “We’re not where we want to be and we had expectations. Just came up short.” Hoggan added.
