BIG RAPIDS, Mich. – Western Michigan and Ferris State battled to a 3-3 tie on Friday night inside Ewigleben Ice Arena. The Broncos got goals from Ethan Phillips, Sam Colangelo and Dylan Wendt in the game.
FIRST PERIOD
The Broncos came out aggressive, getting looks from Cedric Fiedler and Joe Cassetti to start the game. Just over six minutes into the game, Wendt nearly put the Broncos in front 1-0 after an errant pass found his stick in front of the net.
