BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU track and field will be represented at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics by rising senior Emmanuel Dasor and former Lady Topper Michelle Finn (2009-12) as track and field events began today and last through Sunday, August 21. Dasor will represent his native land of Ghana in the 200 meter dash while Finn will don Irish colors and compete in the women's 3,000 meter steeplechase.
Dasor qualified for Rio after he posted a personal-best time of 20.49 seconds in the 200 meter dash at the Soga-Nana Memorial meet in Cape Coast, Ghana, in early July.
