Brynn AndersonThe 2017 Manning Award, sponsored by the Allstate Sugar Bowl, announced its preseason Watch List on Wednesday, with Western Kentucky quarterback Mike White as one of the initial 30 candidates. It is the sixth watch list honor for the senior, who is one of two to be recognized from Conference USA.
