IRVING, Texas — WKU Track and Field standout Maor Seged was named to the 2017 Conference USA All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office Wednesday morning.
A 2017 C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll honoree, Seged was named to the 12-person C-USA Men's Track and Field All-Academic Team after producing a 3.51 GPA.
The Electrical Engineering major has also starred on the track for WKU as he was a member of the Conference USA championship 4x400 relay team at the 2017 Outdoor Championships. Seged also competed in the 400m hurdles where he finished in fifth place with a time of 53.
