MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University women’s soccer defender Kadeisha Buchanan will join 11 other finalists vying for the Honda Cup at the 2017 Collegiate Women Sports Awards Show presented by Honda on Monday, June 26, at the USC Galen Center Founders Room in Los Angeles.
The Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year will be announced live on television, with the show set to air on CBS Sports Network at 9 p.m. EDT.
The Honda Sport Award winner for soccer, Buchanan, a native of Brampton, Ontario, will be joined at the ceremony by Mountaineer coach Nikki Izzo-Brown.
