West Virginia added one commit to its 2016 class on Saturday night as Ohio athlete Nathan Niehaus pledged to the Mountaineers.
West Virginia picked up a commitment from Cincinnati, OH prospect, Nathan Niehaus. Niehaus plays tight end for Colerain High School in Cincinnati, but offensive line coach Ron Crook saw more potential for his 6'-6" 250 lb. body on the offensive line.
Niehaus came into Morgantown on Saturday without an offer from the Mountaineers but because of a spectacular camp performance he was named camp MVP and picked up an offer from Dana Holgorsen and Ron Crook, which he jumped on almost immediately.
