West Ham co-chairman helps homeless man who assisted bombing victims

West Ham joint-chairman David Sullivan has provided six months of accommodation for a homeless man who tended to hurt children in the aftermath of Monday night's bomb attack in Manchester.

Several outlets reported that a man named Steve, who was sleeping rough near Manchester Arena when the incident happened during an Ariana Grande concert, rushed to the scene and helped those affected.

The story reached Sullivan via his son Dave who used social media to track Steve down and offer him a home, new clothes and the opportunity to find work.
