West Bromwich Albion are weighing up a move for Sampdoria defender Milan Skriniar.
Manager Tony Pulis is understood to have travelled to Genoa to watch the Slovakia international in action during Sampdoria's 1-0 defeat to Juventus on Sunday.
The 22-year-old is a left-sided centre-back who can also play as a defensive midfielder and is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Serie A.
He joined Sampdoria from MSK Zilina just over a year ago and has seven caps for his country.
