Tony Pulis insists West Brom would only sell Jonny Evans for a 'very, very good offer' as Manchester City are set to bid £25m after rejected £18m offer

Tony Pulis has insisted that West Brom will do everything to ensure Jonny Evans does not leave The Hawthorns this summer as Manchester City prepare to table a second bid for the defender.

City manager Pep Guardiola wants to add some defensive steel by bringing in the former Manchester United man this summer as he plans to deploy a back-three system this season.

And the Baggies boss confirmed the club have already turned down one offer of £18million and have no intention of letting City prise him away with a second bid.
