Tony Pulis is adamant Darren Fletcher’s contract stand-off will be resolved and does not expect West Bromwich Albion’s game at Swansea to be his last for the club.
The West Brom captain is yet to agree terms on a new contract and Pulis has admitted he could potentially leave.
But Pulis also strongly believes an agreement will be reached for Fletcher to extend his two-and-a-half year stay at the Hawthorns.
Fletcher triggered an automatic 12-month extension in his favour by appearing in the requisite number of games before the turn of the year but has yet to put pen to paper with exact terms still under discussion, raising concern in some quarters.
