West Brom secured a vital three points in their bid for automatic promotion as Charlie Austin and Matheus Pereira scored for the Baggies against mid-table Sheffield Wednesday.
Charlie Austin gave the Baggies the lead in the 37th minute from the penalty spot. Dara O'Shea was fouled inside the box by Moses Odubajo and the West Brom striker stepped up to convert with confidence.
Just before the hour mark, midfielder Matheus Pereira nodded the visitors two ahead after a superb cross from Kieran Gibbs met the Brazilian at the back post. Pereira finished his evening in style, as he scored his second of the night as he met another cross inside the box.
