England under-21 international midfielder Will Hughes has moved to the Premier League to join Watford from Derby County.
Hughes has signed a five-year deal at Vicarage Road, having long been linked with an array of top flight teams.
The fee has been undisclosed, but Sportsmail reported earlier this week that Watford had made a bid valued at £8million, of £4m up front plus add-ons.
Hughes came through the youth ranks at Pride Park and made his debut as a 16-year-old in 2011.
