Watford boss Javi Gracia insists his multi-lingual squad speak English: 'It must be the official language... we need to make a big effort'

Watford new boss Javi Gracia has told his multi-lingual squad that English must be their official language.

His last job – in charge of Rubin Kazan in Russia – saw him use English to speak to his players so the Spaniard is not entirely new to the language.

Watford have used players from 16 different nationalities this season, more than any club in the Premier League.
