Washington Wizards NBA Trade Deadline 2017: Wizards Could Look For More Trades

On Wednesday, the Washington Wizards finally addressed their need for bench scoring by acquiring Bojan Bogdanovic from the Brooklyn Nets.

Bogdanovic, who’s averaging over 14 points per game this season, is an under-the-radar scorer capable of leading an offense when he finds a rhythm. Bogdanovic scored 44 points this season and averaged 25 points in the Rio Olympics.

But despite the addition, Bogdanovic won’t solve all of the second unit’s problems.

Washington’s bench is 29th in scoring, rivaled only by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Bogdanovic isn’t an isolation scorer and will likely share the court alongside John Wall and Bradley Beal in spurts.
