The last we heard from Kelly Oubre, he was rehabbing from minimal offseason knee surgery. Now, we know he’ll be active in his pursuit to enter the fashion world. According to WWD, Oubre will serve as an ambassador for New York Fashion Week (Men’s) during the week of July 10th.
His role will mostly entail sitting in the front row for the runway portion, but I’m sure he’ll also give some great interviews along the way. The other ambassadors include “Jon Batiste, a musician and the band leader from “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert”; model Sean O’Pry; interior designer Nate Berkus and his husband Jeremiah Brent; Venezuelan singer Chyno Miranda, and the rapper Young Paris.
