Washington State QB Luke Falk could be ready for Apple Cup

During last Saturday’s win over the Colorado Buffaloes, the Washington State Cougars had a pretty scary experience. Quarterback Luke Falk went down with an apparent head injury and had to be taken off the field on a backboard.

The Cougars face off with in-state rival Washington on Friday in the Apple Cup.

According to the Associated Press, Falk could be ready to go for the game this weekend.

It was reported by Washington State athletic director Bill Moos that Falk will likely be ready to go on Friday. Moos reported it because head coach Mike Leach has a history of not liking to talk about injuries.
