Plan for rain, wind and maybe some snow for the Apple Cup, plus poor road conditions

In case you haven’t heard, this Friday’s Apple Cup is shaping up to be a pretty important one for your Washington State Cougars. Win, and they’re in the Pac-12 Championship Game with a shot at the Rose Bowl. Lose, and they wait and hope they’re selected for a New Year’s Six bowl game.

So, it’d be nice to be in Martin Stadium to witness history. To do so, you’ll have to safely get to Martin Stadium.

Jeff Sevigney of the Washington State Patrol wants you to know that the mountain passes in Washington are expected to be in poor condition tomorrow and Friday.
