PHOENIX, Ariz. (April 12, 2024) – Washington State men's golf wrapped up the first round of The Thunderbird in a tie for 10th place among the 17-team field with a one-round score of 1-under, 283.
Teams were able to get most of the way through the second round of play before night fall on Friday, and will finish the round on Saturday morning before start of round three.
Sophomore wrapped up the first round at 2-under, 69 to finish in a tie for 15th place. He birdied hole two and parred the rest of the front nine to sit 1-under at the turn before two more birdies on the back nine and a bogey on 15 led to a 2-under, 69.
