Huskies get commitment from three-star tight end Jacob Kizer

Jacob Kizer, a three-star tight end/defensive end prospect from West Salem (Oregon) High, made a verbal commitment to the Huskies via Twitter on Saturday.

Kizer is listed at 6-feet-5 and 240 pounds on his hudl.com page.

He is the seventh known recruit to commit to UW for the Class of 2016.

UW has also received verbal commitments from Eastside Catholic running back/linebacker Brandon Wellington; Sehome (Bellingham) safety Taylor Rapp; and JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) offensive tackle Luke Wattenberg; and St. John Bosco High School (Bellflower, Calif.) running back Sean McGrew; Camilo Eifler, a four-star outside linebacker from Oakland’s Bishop O’Dowd High School; and Lovejoy High (Allen, Texas) receiver Aaron Fuller.
