PEORIA, Ariz. (February 17, 2023) – Washington State senior matched a career-high with 10 strikeouts in five scoreless innings as the Cougars shut out Villanova 7-0 in the season-opener. The game was played at the Peoria Sports Complex, the spring training home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres.
