MADISON, WIS. – Fifth-year senior Darcy Habgood kicked off the 2022 fall season in a big way during the first round of the 2022 Badger Invitational Sunday, Sept. 18, as the Australian native finished the afternoon tied for fourth on the player leaderboard after carding 1-under; 71. The Cougars also hold a spot inside the top-five on the team leaderboard, as WSU sits in a tie for fifth place after shooting 295 (+1) in the first round.
Habgood was fantastic on par-3 holes in first go-around at the University Ridge Golf Course, as shot 2-under par on par-3's to lead the field with two other golfers.
