This week in Cougar Football the team has exactly zero games. But the wheel in the sky keeps on turning. Therefore, it is time to familiarize ourselves with another member of the squad, this time it is Pat Porter.
Pat was a member of the 2014 recruiting class coming all the way from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. No that does not mean he transferred from from the Crimson Tide though he did attend Paul W Bryant High School, not a coincidence.
An impressive offer sheet was on the table, though he obviously selected WSU. Porter had the option to play for Cincinnati, Kansas State, Kentucky, Miami, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and North Carolina among others.
