Ex-Cougars hurdler Jeshua Anderson powering toward Olympics

A tough hamstring injury put a different kind of hurdle in Anderson’s life over the past few years, but he’s ready for the Olympic Trials on Thursday. He’s peaking at the right time.

EUGENE, Ore. — When he digs into the blocks at the start line of the 400-meter hurdles at U.S. Olympic track and field trials on Thursday, Jeshua Anderson will do everything in his power to run like it’s 2011.
