Cougars Travel to Denver

THIS WEEK: The Washington State University women’s golf team travels to Highlands Ranch, Colo., to compete at the Ron Moore Invitational, Oct. 9-11, at Highlands Ranch Golf Club.

THE COURSE: University of Denver’s Highlands Ranch Golf Club was designed by three-time U.S. Open champion Hale Irwin…the 6,326-yard track will play at par-72 for the Ron Moore Invitational…play begins Friday at 8:30 a.m.…the second round will start Saturday at 8:30 a.m.…the tournament will conclude Sunday with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

THE FIELD: Joining host-school Denver in the 19-team field will be Arkansas Little-Rock, Colorado, Colorado State, Florida International, Fresno State, Long Beach State, Montana State, Omaha, North Dakota, North Dakota State, Northern Colorado, San Francisco, Santa Clara, South Florida, Tulsa, Washington State, Wichita State, and Wyoming.
