They continued their Bailey-Brayton hot streak Sunday, taking both ends of a double-header from Cal State Northridge. The Cougs used their bats in the opener and their arms in the night cap as they improved their record to 13-7.
After giving up two runs in the top of the first inning, the Cougar bats came alive. By the time the sixth was over, WSU led 10-2. It got a little hairy in the seventh after Parker McFadden relieved Damon Jones.
