BOULDER, Colo. – Colorado's Brigitte Beck rallied for a three-set victory at No. 6 singles to lift Colorado past Washington State, 4-3, in a Pac-12 Conference tennis match Friday at the Rocky Mountain Tennis Center.
With the loss the Cougars fall to 9-7, 0-2 in Pac-12 play while Colorado improves to 8-6 overall, 1-2 in conference action.
With the match tied 3-3, Beck and WSU's battled into the third set. With the set tied at 3-3, Beck gained a break of serve then held on for a 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 win, sealing the team victory.
