Both will race in A Final action at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships
PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State rowing seniors Ieva Adomaviciute and Nicole Hare each reached the A Final in their respective events at the 2016 World Rowing Under 23 Championships, while two current and one former Cougar rower progressed this week in heats of the U23 and Junior Championships at Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Adomaviciute, a native of Kaunas, Lithuania, is rowing solo for Lithuania in the women's single sculls. In the fourth heat, Sunday, she finished just over two seconds behind first-place Canada at 7:44.
