In just a week’s time, Redskins rookies have been overwhelmed with learning their playbooks and their new place of residence, adjusting to life in the NFL while trying to re-establish their own. On Monday at Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Va., they received another stop on their whirlwind journey.
For about an hour, the rookie class gathered with Redskins alumni – everyone from Super Bowl MVP Doug Williams to three-time Super Bowl champion Jeff Bostic – continuing a tradition that began last year for the Redskins Charity Golf Classic, hosted by the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation.
