5 Takeaways: Oct. 12 Jay Gruden Presser

Jones (great toe sprain), Breeland (rotator cuff contusion) and Williams (neck strain) each suffered their injuries during Sunday’s game against the Falcons in Atlanta.

Of those three players, it’s Breeland’s rotator cuff that will need to be monitored the most, Gruden said.

“He's pretty sore,” Gruden said. “He could barely lift his hand up over past his shoulder, so he's sore, but hopefully with some good treatment he'll be OK.”

Gruden also updated the injury status of three key players who missed Sunday’s game.

Cornerback Chris Culliver’s sore knee has “improved” and the team will increase his work this week.
