Harper exits with tightness in left glute

ST. LOUIS -- Nationals center fielder Bryce Harper left Wednesday's game against the Cardinals because of tightness in his left glute and was replaced by Matt den Dekker.

Harper went 0-for-2 before exiting in the middle of the fourth inning.
