  • Pups in the Park: Nationals fans and their canine companions will celebrate the return of Pups in the Park, presented by Dick Van Patten’s Natural Balance Pet Foods. Special guest Tillman, “The World’s Fastest Skateboarding Dog,” will be on hand to perform demonstrations and serve as the Grand Marshall of the Pup Parade on the field before the game. A limited number of tickets are still available - Dog owners can purchase tickets for $20 while dog tickets cost $5, with proceeds from the dog tickets benefitting the Washington Humane Society. Scout Day: Youth scout groups from across the region are invited to Nationals Park for the first of four 2011 Scout Day events. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Brownies, Cub Scouts, Daisies, Eagle Scouts and other groups will enjoy a pregame popcorn party and receive a commemorative patch. ·         Eco-Friendly Tote Giveaway Presented by Natural Balance Pet Foods: The first 20,000 fans to enter Nationals Park will receive an eco-friendly tote bag.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

PLEASE NOTE: Expect Delays on the Red, Blue, Orange and Yellow Lines due to Metro Weekend Track Work

Fans planning to utilize Metro’s Red, Blue, Orange and Yellow Lines to attend Nationals games against the Marlins this weekend are encouraged to add at least 20 minutes to their travel time due to scheduled evening and weekend track maintenance.
