Washington continued to supplement the 2024 roster through the transfer portal today earning a commitment from Fresno State transfer Tight End Tre Watson. He has one more year of eligibility remaining.

The ties between Washington and the 6’5 and 245 pound tight end are obvious. Watson originally committed to Kalen DeBoer at Fresno State before DeBoer took the job with the Huskies. He was a 3-star prospect coming out of high school in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and chose the Bulldogs over only other Group of 5 or FCS offers.
