Kimberlee Souza hit two home runs and No. 20 Washington smashed No. 9 Oklahoma 10-3 in the UNLV Sportco Kick Off Classic softball tournament in Las Vegas on Friday.
Souza hit a three-run homer in the fourth, giving the Huskies the lead for good. She also homered in the second.
Casey Stangel hit a two-run homer.
The Huskies also scored three runs apiece in the fifth and seventh innings.
Earlier, Julia DePonte hit a three-run homer and solo homer and Ali Aguilar drove in five runs to help the Huskies to a 14-5 victory in six innings over Texas Tech.
