Local baseball players Eli Wilson, Tyler Haselman, Danny Sinatro, Ryan Shaw, Morgan McCullough, Jake Mulholland, Christian Jones, Jordan Jones, Aiden Huschle and Brendan Ecklebarger will represent the Pacific Northwest for the Kansas City Royals in the 2015 Area Code Baseball Games. The games will take place in Long Beach. Calif., from Aug. 3-10.
Wilson (Garfield) Haselman (Liberty) and Sinatro (Skyline) are the sons of former Mariners catchers Dan Wilson, Bill Haselman and Matt Sinatro, respectively. All are catchers, although Wilson, who was named to The Seattle Times Star Times team this past spring, is listed as a second baseman.
