Alex Cook, a 6-foot-2, 170-pound wide receiver at Sacramento’s Sheldon High, has made a verbal commitment to the Huskies, according to multiple reports.
Cook, rated a three-star recruit, was in attendance at Washington’s spring preview on Saturday at Husky Stadium. He is the second recruit of the day to make a commitment to UW, joining four-star tight end Hunter Bryant from Eastside Catholic, who was also in attendance Saturday.
Cook had offers from several Pac-12 schools, including Washington State, Arizona, Utah and Oregon State, and recently picked up an offer from Michigan.
