The second year Swede, Andre Burakovsky, took the ice and earned himself a bigger role this season for the Washington Capitals. With one full season and two postseason series under his belt, Burakovsky came into the 2015-16 season looking to avoid the wall that many second year players hit at some point.
2015-16 Regular Season
Andre Burakovsky’s regular season did not get off to a hot start, and he was relegated to bottom six time at certain points while he continued not to produce. However, that would turn around, and he would embark on an extremely hot second half of the season.
