It’s official: the Capitals will begin their quest for Lord Stanley’s Cup with a first-round matchup against this year’s Presidents’ Trophy winners, the New York Rangers.
The playoffs begin Saturday, April 20, but we’ll have to wait until the following afternoon before the tenth postseason meeting between these two teams gets underway at Madison Square Garden in New York.
