There is a nervous energy in the building, but the momentum was building during warm-ups. Many Capitals fans brought signs, or made them on site, which is always a good judge of how pumped up the fan base is for a playoff game. The signs aren’t as personal as we’ve seen in previous playoff series, but judging by the roar of the crowd as starting lineups are currently being announced, Capitals fans are ready for Game 7.
